Manoj Gandhi

Manoj N Gandhi is a distinguished entrepreneur and driving force behind over 25 childcare centers as a franchisee of "The Learning Experience". His group proudly holds the distinction of being the largest franchisor for "The Learning Experience". Additionally, Manoj is also involved in the construction of multiple centers for the franchisor in MA, DE, MD, VA, SC, MI, TX with a total asset value over $100 million. Beyond his achievements in childcare, Manoj boasts a varied portfolio of residential and commercial investments and also manages all aspects of the business for Nextgen IT Services, a company owned by his wife.

 

Prior to Nextgen IT Services, Manoj excelled as the Senior Vice President of Salient CRGT. He expertly managed the profit and loss (P&L) management of a division generating over $100 million in revenue, driving strategic growth and project success for both federal civilian agencies and commercial clients.

 

Manoj earned his bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Engineering College (JNEC) in India. He also holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Software Engineering from Harvard University and an MBA from George Mason University in Virginia.
